>> if you picture my client on left here. >> this attorney scott sugarman pointed out in the video his client was wearing a black jacket into the henry hotel in early december. officers later raided a room where the man and several others gathered they found drugs in the pocket of a light colored jacket draped on a chair claiming it belonged to sugarman's client. >> the officer says that the man is wearing a white and tan jacket. and in fact he's wearing a black jacket. they made a false accusation. >> the man was jailed for three weeks. he was released, when prosecutors dropped this case, fearing they'd have to reveal in court documents the name of an informant in the room. it's a fourth video to surface showing what he claims is police misconduct. he says the previous three cases involved illegal searches and falsified police

reports. last week he released three videos at two south of market hotels. and now, he says latest case involves something more frightening. >> they framed an innocent man. that represents the scariest thing that can happen to anyone in this society. >> the three cases reported last week were either misdissing court or dropped by prosecutors, six officers in those raids were reassigned to desk duty. in latest case not only were many of the same officers insolved but joined by others and that concerns him. >> what this suggests is that the pattern in practice that we've seen in these cases were not limited just to one small group. >> and now, san francisco police declined to talk about the two new cases saying only that they're under investigation.

18-month impass between a san francisco hotel chain and workers. the san francisco hilton and union announced a tentative agreement on a new contract. the deal increases wages and preserves medical benefits for members of unite here union. both sides call it a win-win and significant because thousands of other union workers are now working with out contracts. >> usually the first contract that is settled is the one that the other companies have to follow. and it's not improved upon. >> we negotiated this contract on our own. prior to this tracking negotiators multi employer group. we negotiated separately. >> is this pressure of the company? >> this agreement? >> time will tell. >> the union had negotiations scheduled on friday but today hyatt postponed a meeting. >> antioch city leaders

expected to approve an agreement with the police union requiring officers to defer salary increases and pay more for benefits. but another city union has given up a lot and says police are getting a sweetheart deal. >> this is a message what is good for the goose is good for the gander. >> leaders of one union claim their members aren't getting fair treatment compared with the police officers. >> we think it's important for the stoubs city council to understand if they're going to ask our members to make sacrifices they have to ask all employers to make sacrifices of the same magnitude. >> public employees local one represents 50 employee who's have taken a 0% wage cut. now, the city wants them to pay up to 8% of the costs. in december, the city council voted to layoff six police officers. to head off cuts, the antioch police officer association has reached an agreement to defer salary increases and pay 3% of

pension costs. >> this is a deal that lasts only throughout the end of the year. >> it's no sweetheart deal. if you have an existing contract through 2013. we can't do anything they don't want to do. we've to go into it temporarily. but will be in labor negotiations starting this summer. >> city manager told abc 7 he'll be asking to extend their kons yegss beyond this year. and local one leaders say they won't agree to more reductions in pay and benefits unless police do the same. >> they're prepared to make more sacrifice buzz need to see all employees asked to make sacrifices for the same degree. >> no one from the police officer association could be reached for comment. >> the deadline to layoff schoolteachers is just eight days away. mount diablo is looking at the possibility of laying 180 people go. and those include elementary

school music teachers and librarians. also the weekly half hour music class. the state is facing a $26 budget deficit. the governor says the only way to keep cuts from classrooms is making reductions elsewhere. >> and given teachers makeup 65% of the budget. we'd like to keep as much and everything away from classroom but given the current -- we've had three years of reductions from the state and, you know if we continue to get more reductions, you know we're going to have to look everywhere, unfortunately. >> the board is voting tomorrow night to authorize layoff autos a vocal crowd of dog lovers is gathered at fort mason tonight to complain about the no dog poll sthai would outlaw let dogs off leash on park land. abc 7 is live from fort mason

this car involved in an accident in hayward today near a street. you can see damage done there. five people were taken to the hospital at amazingly none of them have life threatening injuries. the crash caused major back ups and the patrol has not said how this happened z an unmanned bell trifted into the winds today. shallow water prevented the coast guard from reaching it. the mast snapped off. the owner contacted and was planning to use another to tow it back. >> and there is now a $30,000 reward for information leading to arrest of whoever shot two elderly men in elk grove. one died at the skpeen a 78-year-old is in critical condition tonight. nearly 100 commute leaders gathered to announce the reward and to condemn what they say is increasing
